About

I’m a brand and creative director with 15 years of experience building category-defining brands and product experiences.

My work sits at the intersection of brand, product, and experience design, helping companies define how they are understood as they move from early definition into global scale.

I’ve led major brand and product transformations, including Deliveroo, where I helped shape a global rebrand across 12+ markets during a period of rapid international expansion, and NBA Top Shot at Dapper Labs, where I led creative and product direction behind a cultural product that generated $700M in six months and reached global audiences.

Across my work, I focus on building clarity in brand direction, product experience, and the systems teams use to scale both. I work hands-on with founders and leadership teams to translate early ideas into cohesive, scalable brands and products.

How I Work

I partner with companies at moments of definition and scale, where brand and product are being shaped at the same time.

My role is often to bring structure to early complexity by defining direction, aligning teams, and building the creative systems that allow companies to grow without losing clarity.

"Courtney was a fantastic design partner for CNaught. We initially thought we just needed a facelift for our website, but she wisely encouraged us to define a brand vision that incorporated a new logo and visual identity. The website seamlessly integrated these brand elements. Courtney was a delight to work with; incredibly responsive and communicative, pushing the project to meet our deadline."
